Edwards Deming’s Philosophy, Philip B. Crosby’s Philosophy, Joseph M. Juran’s Philosophy, The Three Philosophies Comparation.

  • Quality Systems

Introduction to quality systems, ISO 9001 and other Quality systems, ISO 9001:2015 Quality system – Elements, Implementation of Quality system, Documentation, Quality Auditing, ISO 14000 Concepts, requirements and benefits.

  •  Statistical Process Control Using Control Charts

Causes of Variation, Statistical Basis for Control Charts, Selection of Control Limits, Errors in Making Inferences from Control Charts, Warning Limits, Effect of Sample Size on Control Limits, Analysis of Patterns in Control Charts. 

  • Control Charts for Variables
